Steel-Toed Stilettos is a donation-based workout series that exists to forge fierce, capable bodies and unshakable minds.
We serve women and gender-diverse individuals in trades, emergency services, and the Armed Forces who demand more from their training. Through high-intensity, functional fitness, community accountability, and real-world readiness, we prepare our members not just to survive, but to excel in the work that calls them.
Our mission is simple: to turn “I can’t” into “I did,” and to make sure no one steps into the fire alone.
Life is a crucible. Will you become steel or the slag?
We train for life.
Real-world strength and conditioning: compound lifts, heavy carries, megasets under time pressure. You will face hard challenges. You will be pushed. You will have to dig deep. You will be sore. Muscles will hurt.
But on the other side, you won’t just be stronger physically. You’ll have developed:
A Grounded Sense of Your True Strength and Capability, no longer bound by negative self-talk
Mental and Emotional capacity to endure physical, mental, and spiritual hardships with poise and grace
‘Intestinal Fortitude’ to do what needs to be done in life with courage
A bond with other folx of similar mindsets, goals, and professions. A Sisterhood of Steel.
What to Expect
Each week includes two full-body performance days and one technique-focused day where we break movements down to the biomechanics for your body.
You’ll be coached by someone who’s been there and knows what you’ll deal with. She’s tough but deeply invested in your success—a coach who’ll go rep for rep with you when you need humbling, and give you soft encouragement when you need protection. Drill Sergeant meets Big Mom Energy.
Most people show up a little scared. They leave feeling powerful, accomplished, and part of something bigger.
How to Join
As a donation-based (Pay-What-You Can) class, simply show up and make yourself known!
You can get information on where we meet either through the coach’s Instagram or emailing her directly. Currently (written Summer 2025), we meet at Eastside Kettlebell Collective.
